"Below Deck Mediterranean," follows nine crew members living and working aboard a 150' mega-yacht as it undertakes a new charter season in picturesque Greece. With a new boat, new location and new faces, the excitement, drama and adventure of life aboard a private luxury yacht is taken to another level in the Mediterranean. Providing unparalleled service to wealthy and uncompromising guests is made even more difficult as the team faces everything from love triangles to seeing fellow crew members shockingly cross the line with guests. Voyaging from Santorini, Mykonos and many of the Greek islands, each episode features a new group of elite clientele who present a new set of challenges, all while offering the crew a glamorous lifestyle and exotic perks that most people only dream of experiencing. For these young, attractive and adventurous yachties, the "work hard, play harder" nature of the job combined with the pressure of working in the most exclusive yachting scene in the world pushes the team close to the breaking point.

Below Deck / Med is a guilty pleasure - addictive, but you don't admit that to your friends. While the original show has a mostly good crew (with a couple of train-wrecks each season), on this show nearly everyone is a train-wreck. It looks like intentional casting to create maximum drama, but what a fun mess anyway.
How will each crewman screw the pooch this week? Tune in and find out!
The captain, the chef, and the 2nd stew are the professionals on the boat, and it's enjoyably frustrating to watch them deal with all the children they're saddled with.
Of the four deckhands, there's an alcoholic misogynistic jerk, a goofy fratboy, an entitled sulker, and an immature man-child. The sad point is there's really no one to "root" for, unless you're down in the galley. The chief stew is overly defensive who's a bit "fatal attraction", and the 3rd stew is a trashy drunk who talks about whale sperm. And yet...they're so much fun to watch.

Hate this show.....please bring back the original below deck crew. The only redeeming quality of his show is the chef....our British humorous gem.. I wait in anticipation for this show to be taken off ...wasting good air time.
